anyone can help me?

Marcin,

The Boolean union fails with rhino and grasshopper.
It's a bit too complex.

hmm... i thought that GH can handle this.... i need to have solid form to start printing it. So i have only one solution....  do it manualy - handmade hehe :)

One way is to join the lines systematicaly to polylines before piping. This will make the intersections less complicated and then it might be able to union.

(Note, that usually you still can print messy, not unified models, if all the parts are closed for themself. The printer only "understands" outside and inside, so if a point in space is inside any geometry it will print it.)
