algorithmic modeling for Rhino

i was loud thinking, how its possible to Sort a list with number of branches and the branches have the same length items, and those items have sames index and the index sometimes have same content in common.

its like when you sort by name or date or anything else in a database.

If I understood you correctly you want to sort those names alphabetically? Like this maybe:

Sorry it that's not what you need.

hummm not because you are sorting the items inside of the branch i want to sort just the branches  poiting just in one of the items, its a little bit more complicated than this

i dont know if its clear what i'm looking for ?

Hi,

Maybe you mean that you want to maintain the lists? something like this?

what you did can achieve this ?

Ahhh,

I see so you wanna see which neighborhood is at index 1 and then sort all those who are repeated at this index.? am i correct?

Sort the branches by Index right

Hi,

sorry but I was away for a while. I am not sure whether you can retrieve this list, the way that you want it to be. I am attaching a scripted attempt which I knew that wouldn't work because the datatree parameter in Gh always outputs synchronized lists. I believe that David is the one to ask for an alternative for this.

Andrew Heummann has some interesting components called Treefrog but the logic behind the is the same. But again I might be wrong.. I am attaching the def either way.

Best,

M.
