Remove intersection between two different brep sets

Surface Split is in general highly unreliable (not to mention slow.) In this case, I would use Region Difference to subtract the intersection curves from the original planar member curves. You'll have to close the intersection curves that are open first.

i did that, but an error elminate some elements...any idea?

Strange - I get no errors when I run it on your file. Try the attached definition.
