algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello everybody, this is my first post.
I'm tryng to obtain the result showed in the second image but my definition don't works. I think it's because of the data tree logic. I need a component that connect the index 0 - 0, 1 -1, 2 - 2 etc...not 0-1-2-3...,
Is there a solution?

What you are looking for is the Path Mapper. I have attached a little definition as an example. Hope it helps.
