algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi,

I noticed a bug in GH when I copy a big amount (more than 100) of nodes from one definition to another. I placed a lot of scribble text-nodes and most of them got lost.

Has anyone observed the same problem and found a solution?

Thanks

Hi teejot,

would it be possible to post a file that has these disappearing scribbles? I can't seem to make scribbles get lost during Copy/Paste.

Is there anything about the ones that get lost that might explain this? A certain font perhaps or a specific non-standard character?

Hi David,

I tried different things and I could specify the problem a little. I attached a piece of our definition which has enough scribbles inside. This piece of definition does not work, but that doesn´t matter.

Please, just try to select the complete nodes from the right bottom to the upper left. Then use strg+x to cut it out. The next step is to check if the scribbles were cut out or not. Please try this procedure 2-3 times with (strg+z).

Sometimes the scribbles were cutted out and sometimes not.

Please leave a note if you can reproduce this bug because I am getting crazy.

Thanks,

Thomas

You mean the sketch objects? Scribbles are little pieces of actual text.
