May I ask how to use"Rec(Goo)" component?

Ahh, I thought you were talking about Rectangles.

The Data Recorder does just that. It records whatever data flows into it. It retains this data in between solutions as well, which is something no other Grasshopper object does. So you can use it to do this:

Normally a Slider would only give you a single number, but the data recorder allows you to record every number it ever had. How you want to use this feature is really up to you.
