algorithmic modeling for Rhino

what is the commands to mak a vertical surface twisted into a horizontal surface?

I only see the twisted box command. Is there one for surface twisting effects?

 

help pls.

Here I'm twisting a horizontal surface with z-vectors but it's just a matter of how you set up the vectors to get the result you want.
