algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello all,

 

I am looking for the cleanest way to generate isocurves of a surface in the v direction. The attached screenshot simulates the "average curve" command in Rhino, or better yet, the "blend" tool in Adobe Illustrator, but I can figure out an elegant way to generate gridlines that would cross in the opposite direction (v). I imagine path mapper might do the trick, but I'm not there yet....

the flip matrix component doesn't do the job?

No, I tried that right off the bat... It generates the following error: "All paths may only differ at single locus".

 

It seems to work ok here but maybe I'm missing something about your input curves.

Right on... For some reason, I continue having that error, but only within one particular document. Perhaps I am accidentally referencing overlapping curves or something. The definition works fine when I start from scratch.

PS. Rebuilding the Rhino input curves solves the "All paths may only differ at single locus".error!
