Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi,

I know this topic has been covered before and I have poured through the discussion threads to no avail - I cannot figure out how to create an image using the image sampler with three defined circle radii (.1875" ; .250" ; .375"). I have it set to the desired overall size of the image but I end up with more than three sizes of circles and I cannot figure out how I am ending up with the final radii of the circles (0.19", 0.38", 0.56", 0.75"). Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hi.

You can divide color brightness value up into the step size you want.

Hi,

Thank you for your response. I appreciate it!

Could you please expand on your description above? It solves my .1875 and .375, however, the steps are even so I cannot get the .250 value that I also require.

Just replace your input numbers you want.

Thank you!!!

Is there a way to keep the set radius but have all the circles be tangent to one another?

Thanks a lot! Am trying it out. Easymatic

Hey Hyungsoo,

Is there a way to keep the set radius but have all the circles be tangent to one another?

I am struggling to figure it out, would appreciate any help!
