Save/Bake multiply variants/genomes from galapagos (like example Colibri problems)

Hi everybody, i know this question already came here, but mostly of posts are already some years old. So mb its already exist some better solutions for the problem

I would like to record and also bake multiply of variants from Galapagos, to have a chance for better analysis and comparability after. I also would like to  use more then one solution in my design after.

In old topics i found kind of 3 solutions.

1.Change Galapagos to octopus ( what don t really want to do, i am kind of happy with Galapagos)

2. Use Slingshot! and MySQL Database ( it s look a little bit too complicated from the first view)

3. Use Colibri and Design Explorer Platform (looks kind of pretty way to solve my problem)

So i tried to add Colibri components to my definition , but have some mistake in the Colibri Aggregator after adding the Genome "An item with the same key already been added". I think it comes because for some steps i am using the "Gen Pool" and not a normal slider. Is it a way to connect Gen Pool and Colibri (i really prefer to have it, then a lot of sliders in some cases)?

And the second question (if i will get it solved with gen pool), could i somehow controll the recording process? For example i would likte to record only variants wit fitness over 90% or start recording just after 20. generation and record till the end?

I also opend for all other possibilities to reach the same goal (record/save/bake multiply variants from galapagos)

small update, i got rid of gene pools in my definition, now colibri is working properly, have only one small problem or question. In saved data i have a plenty of "empty" variants because of ma gates in definition. So i would like to delete some "variants" them in design explorer. But i cant find the way to do it there. If i am starting to delete them already in the folder on my PC then i have to change also manualy .csv file , what s takes a lot of time by a lotof variants, is there a way to do it faster?

i think i am speakingwith my self, but sometime it s also helps=))

To get rid of empty variants, i tried to use my gate output on the place of True/False Toggle in Colibri Aggregator compoent in imput write. from the logic it s could work. It s really saves me now only variants what i need. The problem is that after each empty variant (switch from False to True) it s asks me if i want to overwrite the colibri data in the folder. So i have sit all the time in front of computer and press "No" . It s not really the good idea if galapagos have to run some hours=))

so update, i think i solved all my problems
