algorithmic modeling for Rhino

mapping using grasshopper?

Hi there,

I want to achieve mapping such as the ones in the link:

Specifically the image I have attached. path%20mapping%201.png

I am wondering how I would actually go about making something like this using grasshopper. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
