Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi all,

I have been trying to make a surface out of several offset curves from a base curve from simple manipulations of offsetting distances. After that, I am trying to put these curves each into a new height away from the basecurve. Somehow the simple move component in GH moves all of the curves to the same height instead of moving them each individually.

I feel like this should be a very simple solution, anybody knows the solution to it please help!!

Here is how it looks

Thanks everyone!

Can you post your definition file?

Chris

yep here it is..

I think I found the solution by flattening the list of offset curves. and then send them to move.

However there seem to be a line of seam in the lofted surface that I can't get rid of. Is this common for lofted surface in GH?

You can attach a Mesh Brep component to the output of your loft and then turn off preview in the loft component.  Nice definition by the way.
