EvalSrf yields points far away from the surface: why is that?

Hi everyone,

I am learning Grasshopper and I hope someone can help me figure out how EvalSrf works.

I wanted to run EvalSrf on the surfaces resulting from a DeBrep component. But when you look at where the points and vectors resulting from the EvalSrf componet are, the are not on the surfaces and some of them are even quite far away! Why does this happen?

Since you didn't post your code, my guess is that you need to reparameterize your surfaces. Right click on 'S' in EvalSrf and check Reparameterize.
