Best Loop component for Grasshopper

Hello members,

I would like to know which is the efficient loop component in Grasshopper? I have already tried 'hoopsnake' and 'grasshopper loop' but both keeps crashing and is very slow. If you even have better algorithms or component suggestion please let me know , it would be huge help for my project. Thank you very much in advance.

If you really up to performance use C#, VB, or Python in the end it is just a loop.

Thank you for the suggestion, I am also using python but seems complicated for some lists, so I made many scripts separately which makes loop within python complex.. Would be awesome if you have any C# script just for loop.
