Kangaroo Anchor Point Manipulation ( Tensile Fabric Simulation)

Hi guys, i have a problem with manipulating anchor points within kangaroo. I am attempting to manipulate anchor points to 'push' and 'pull' fabric in and out from a centroid, acheiving a effect similar to the picture i have attached below. This mesh geometry in the picture was acheived through manually moving points within rhino, yet i could not acheive a similar translation parametrically using (move).

Hope that someone can have a look and help!

use kangaroo2 things becomes more user friendly in all ways.

How about particularly for this script? what was the main issue? I attempted to follow step by step according to this video by Daniel Christev but the anchor points do not seem to react similarly. :(

Thanks Petras.

Jeremy - here's an example of how this works in Kangaroo2.

This and many other examples can be found at:

how I can transform this to mesh? the final output is a set of lines...

Thank you

You can move points with kangaroo 1 if you wish at least I did it with your definition.

When you start / reset kangaroo solver be sure that you anchor points you want to move are not moved.

(They have to be on the same position as mesh vertices)

When kangaroo is running use your slider to move points away. When you reset your solver you have to move anchor points to 0 again.

In kangaroo2 this is avoided because you can snap points.

Ah i just realized what i was missing. I got it to work after i reset it to zero everytime i kangaroo was reset. Thank you so much!!!!!
