algorithmic modeling for Rhino
question about select surface from closest line.
Hello everyone.
I have a question about how can i select surface by closest line.
what i want to do is, i have a lot of individual surfaces which draw from rhino model itself. then i want to select some of surfaces by overlapped or close with the line which i draw.
i am a novice of grasshopper. all kind of comment will be huge help for me.

Here's a simple (probably not efficient) way of getting all the breps that the curve goes through. Basically it cuts the curves by all the intersecting breps (since it has to go in and come out of each brep). Then get all the breps that contain each curve segment's mid point.
It would be difficult to define what "close" is if there is no intersection...
