exponential spacing for array along curve?

Hello. I'm trying to array along a curve, but with exponentially increasing spacing. The link I'm pasting here is the closest I can find to the topic on this forum, but it's a bit confusing for me (I'm a new little grasshopper) and I suspect it's not quite what I'm looking for anyway.

I think you have found exactly the thing you were looking for. I will post my way of doing it which is quite similar but maybe would be easier to understand.

Wow Dimitar, thank you so much. With this I am able to do what I was trying to do although I'm still working on completely understanding why/how it works exactly... At this point, it seems a bit like magic :-) Very useful - thanks again.
