Angle of surfaces from north

Hi all :)

Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.

I have a weird shaped building. What I am trying to do is to determine the angle of each surface from the north while also excluding the base and top surface? Essentially I am trying to see what the orientation of the walls are from the north.

Is there a methodology I can follow?
