Update/ Auto Update on Layer Table Human UI

Hi GH fellows!

I have trouble setting the Layer Table command correctly to have it do the things I want it to do...

My goal: when I change the layer name in Rhino, GH will auto update the Layer Table as the newly named layer and have all the previous sub-layers and new sub-layers to the new main layer.

Please see the attached GH file and help me with it!
