Applying panels to many surfaces of different size

Greetings,

I am developing a definition that used Lunchbox's Random Quad Panel node to penalize a trimmed surface. Each surface is a very different size and it is subsequently very difficult to get the panels on each surface to be roughly the same size. Each panel is being divided in the UV directions a number of times but I needs the panel dimensions in the U direction to be about 0.7 and the V direction need to average to at about 5.4.

Any advice on this?
