Point Containment Python/Probably error in loop

Hi,

wrote  a small code to check if a points are in a closed curve and also in the same plane as the curve.

The problem now is, that is just working for the first point i am feeding in.

i Think i have an error in the looping structure but i am not sure.

Maybe someone knwos how to fix this?
