algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Lose icon

Hi, i was trying to open a GH plug-in in Rhino. i did not notice that the box was checked that said always use this program to open files of this type. All my GH files have Rhino icons now. I had spend a lot of time trying to change it back, but it is not working. How do i get the icon back? Thanks so much!

There used to be a command for that, but I was told to take it out because icons would now be assigned by the Rhino installer. I guess that reinstalling Rhino may thus do the trick? You can also do it by manually editing the registry (probably depends on which version of Windows you have too). And there are apps out there that can reset icons.

If you want to know where the icons are, run the attached file, it will open the Grasshopper icon folder.

Hi, thanks! Cannot editing the registry on the my version of Windows. Gonna try reinstalling Rhino. Won't make this mistake again. Cheers.

Hi, it would help just to reinstall the Grasshopper implement. Then the Icon is back again.
