algorithmic modeling for Rhino

solid waffle structure

Hi, I'm now working on making curvy roof by using laser cutter.

I tried to make waffle watching discussion and succeeded in some other shape like sphere or symmetric solids.  But it didn't work well on this solid. 

I attached the gh file. So, does anyone help me?

Your question is vague, considering the extent and complexity of your code.

The two 'SDiff' components that produce your "beams" generate "solids" (Closed Brep), not surfaces, so they can't be extruded.
