algorithmic modeling for Rhino

how to use rhino commands in c# wich are not preset rhino commands

hi all,

 

that is my first post in the VB an C# corner.....

 

 

my question is, can I use commands wich are plug-inns like

 

 Command: _wbCatmullClark, or Command: _tsConvert, in C#?

 

I want to combine the attached gh components into a single c# component...
