algorithmic modeling for Rhino

overlapping planer curve, how can i rebuild to one curve

hi there mighty hoppers

i have curves, planar curves. which are sometimes overlapping, due to the intersection of plane and Brep. my brep is made of mostly patches and i think this is the reason why the result is not always one planar curve.

the end/start points are over lapping. and i wish to remove the excessive part and create the curves as tangent as possible (so i dont deform them)

any ideas?

managed to do this

the fit curve component is great, i struggled with small deformation of the input curve, so i had to rebuild them.

here is what i have done
