Help Triangulated structure

Hi,

Im a begginer on grasshopper and i would like to know how i can do regular triangulated structure with modular thickness on my surfaces.

I don't know how to do it regular with same size triangles.

I want to do almost the same thing as on the pictures attached, but some triangles have to be empty and some others have to be full like my sketch.
