Questions about RhinoVAULT -fabrication

Recently we are applying RhinoVAULT to our project and really like it. Now we face some difficulties relate to digital fabrication.  Hope there are someone here could give us some suggestion!!! Thanks!!!

Below are our questions :

1. How to transfer the mesh generated from RhinoVault into surface ?( we tried some ways, but just got many small polysurfaces, which cannot project our module.)  ex:

3. How to generate the stereotomy part in Rhino? Do we need to use some special plug in?  ex:
