Tangents from a random point to a Paraboloid of revolution

Hello,

I Have a random point outside my paraboloid of revolution and I want to be able to draw lines from the point tangent to the paraboloid. I know that the intersection points between these lines and the paraboloid form an elipse and subsequently a plane but was wondering if there is a fast way in GH to do this automatically.
