Best way to create a relation between circles of a truncated cone

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know the best way to create a dimension relation between the circles of a truncated cone? I want to create a fix relation.

Which is the best way to create this? Is it using a formula or other component? In that case which one?

(for instance: 0.5 mm radius for the small one and 1 for the biggest one)

Thank you very much

Hi Peter,

Thanks for replying. Not exactly. I've attached what I already have. I would like to mantain my circles not create a circle CNR and also I need to create something that enables to move one circle and the other one using a relation. For instance, if I move to 0.5 mm radius one of them the second one will move to 1 automatically without having to move each one separately.

I hope this make sense...

Also once I have this I would like to create like a pattern across the surface result of a surface morph. A pattern which can mix different sizes of truncated cones.

I've tried with the component "grid" square but this doesn't work to create this inside a solid. I don't know which component is the best for this.

Many thanks

Hi Peter,

Thanks but this is too complicated though.. Someone helped me the other day to create this, I've attached it. Could we do the same in other way on top of this?

Thanks
