I wonder that rhinoscript can adapt to grasshopper VB source.
Can I paste down rhinoscript to GH VB source?
Does it work?
If both are different, How can I use rhinoscript to GH?

No. You can't - it won't work.
Best to look at the Grasshopper Primer v2 and the Rhino SDK samples for VB implementation. RhinoScript is a modified version VB so you won't be able to use RhinoScript methods. -
