Creating faces with polylines

Hello,  i am new to Grasshopper .

I am trying to build surfaces from the text file (points.txt) .

If there is way to divide the file list with "empty" and import separately to polyline and boundary surfaces?

Thanks for the advice. The method is easy to understand.

In addition,the broken line of file should be  {5.55112e-17,0.49174 5,0}.
