Different results in work with one branch and full of bunch of branch

I am again with the same question. I do not see the problem with this script, but it doesn't work. So if you move the slider you'll see that every branch cuted properly by script, but if you send full tree the script will returns wrong result. I'll be very appreciated if you explain where i am mistaken if it's not a bug.

There were geometry that work properly, this is the a second time when it's doesn't.

Thank you very much, it works and there is something to learning for me in your definition. If we speaking about intersection whether with surfaces or with each other, there is the next step where i'm needed in exactly surfaces intersection... or maybe not. Maybe i can work out this in other way.
