solid difference

Hi guys!

I have a problem, with solid difference. A have a group of curves, I lofted a geometry on it, and after that I have to cut out with another one. Its ok until I use perp frames to orient the geometry to the curve and I loft them.  It worked, but there is only one curve  and it doesnt want to work on it. So everything is working, but there is a mistake in it!
I cant see the logic!  

What is the problem?
