Grasshopper bug

Hi, David
This error was not completely fixed(see in PDF).
Fixed Grasshopper preview geometry being visible in Page Layout views(grasshopper 0.7.0054) but
not Fixed Grasshopper preview geometry being visible in Print views.
My version grasshopper 0.7.0057
Rhino version 4 and 5(wip)
