If you have a list of TRUE/FALSE values that specify for each item whether it ought to be removed or retained, then [Cull Pattern] is your friend. The [Random Reduce] component is meant for randomly removing a fixed number of items from a list. So instead of providing {true, false, false, false, true, ...} you'd provide just {5}
