Sorry to be pedantic but what you draw is physically impossible.

You can either have a fixed distance between points or you can have fixed ends, not both.

So the length of the curve has to be divisible by 50 making it a solver problem

Sorry, I committed a rudimentary mistake.
I allow to change for the distance between the points except two FIX point.
I need a line between Fixed two points changing by attractor.

I need your help!

Try this. There probably is a better way to do it without using the graph mapper like I am.
