How to convert an array to piece of GH_ geometry?

This question seems to stem from my having written a lot of code as an array data type but I'm not exactly sure.

The issue is as follows:

I have produced a good amount of code in a native (ie. the provided) c# component and the code functions perfectly when executed. However, when transferring the code to VS to compile a custom component the compiled component produces an error when in use.

"The supplied data could not be converted: Parameter type: GH_Curve Supplied type: Curve[]"

I'm not quite sure how to resolve this. The code seems solid. What am I doing wrong?
