Hello everybody,I am a student of final year architecture from India, and working on my thesis Arts Center for Mithila Paintings. I am facing problem regarding the structure system, for I am not able to decide what should be the appropriate structure for such a surface.I am attaching my rhino file along with and the concept sheet how I came accross this idea.Kindly help me out. Do you want to divide the whole rail or a specific part of it?

Hi Javier,
I guess you need to use the sweep2 rail command.
It will be even easier for me to tell you the exact thing only if you can post some images of what you want.
But first try the above one.

the contour script takes two points to define a direction for the rib cuts.the ribs are cut in two directions so 4 points. move the points to control the direction of the ribs
