"Hey Juan. I've been having a similar problem. I basically exploded the bounding box brep to corner points, re-drew the bounding box with a new closed polyline, extruded and hey presto you get a brep which isn't degenerate. Hope this helps."

Urbanism Attractor Technique

This urbanism approach was developed using grasshopper. This technique can use any surface and an attractor point to generate a series of towers and courtyards. The technique subdivides the surface and measures the distance between the centre-points and the attractor point. Surfaces nearer the attractor will produce a tower, whilst surfaces further away will produce a courtyard.
