When i select multiple 3d surfaces then it unable to create poly lines or loft

Can anyone help me please, I have imported the model but it seems fine.

 when I try to attach multiple surface its generating problems

I am not able to find out where is the problem. Is there any other way to create surface from grid points. not even every points are projecting points and poly line also has some issue.

the polyline error is

 zero length segments were collapsed to create a valid polyline

 my aim is creating a scaled 3d surface on that 3d surface
