Origami Folding – Angle Controlling

Hi Everyone,

I'm studying Interior Architecture and am currently working on my Bachelor Thesis.

For my concept I'm using crease patterns as shown in the attached image (black lines = valley folds; blue lines = mountain folds) and I want to control the angles (how much it is folded). Can someone help me with this? I'd really appreciate it – it would make everything a lot easier to change and adapt.
