Kangaroo Circle Packing over a surface with more control (attractors, accuracy, etc.)

Hey everyone,

Not too long ago Daniel sent out a wonderful example of using Kangaroo to pack circles constrained to a surface here:

SRFCIRC

It works great, however, there begins to be an interesting problem once you, say, change a srf or want to use larger sized circles so that when you run this there would be enough (not too many/not too little) circles that would constrain the whole srf and pack (not overlap or not be too far from each other). Anyone have any suggestions on how to make this relationship more clear and accurate (# of circles needed to size)? Seems like a doable thing, however, I am having some trouble figuring it out.

Also, I was wondering how we can start to deepen this def by adding in external information or attractors to change/manipulate the size of the circles in the circle packing over the srf. For example bringing the previous link SRFCIRC with the nersys def found here NERSYS? So that we can start to attract the way the circles pack?

Thanks in advance!
