INTERSECTING RIBS

Hi everyone, 

I have this ribs structure that I couldn't do as a waffle structure because of its particular surface shape. As you will see in the attached files, I am not very experienced with grasshopper and the scripts are not perfect (so I would love if someone could give me some help to improve this, as I need to have flat ribs to cut.)

My main issue now is that I can't create the intersections (notching). Could someone have a look into my file and see how I could do these intersections?
