Frame parallel to the viewport

Hi all, I want to make simple frame parallel to the viewport and display text tags with some basic parameters of the building. I used Horster to create such frame with target and location point, and it works ok but during animation frame turns to rotate slightly or swapping UV.
I remember someone was asking similar question on the forum but i can't find it.
I'll be greatful for any suggestions.
