Doubt in objects in grid

hello all ,

i am trying to make grid pattern as per picture attached below. i have made more eloborated script for it. i am stuck at the point that to create pattern with using rectangular grid it. and i also wanted to make that brick wall in double curve surface (see attched image). please help me for this. thanks in advance
