I wanted to know the final center of gravity with different materials for my project radio-control (helicopter) I can assume that his interest in another balanced system

written in VB (C# gave me a lot of problems :()



in my heli project I have moved ~1.5mm battery (electronics/wire is calculated approximately)

You can find the center of mass using something like this:


All objects must be closed solids so that the volume calculations are correct. If one object is partially inside another, use boolean subtraction.

It would be great if I could use your script in my academic project. What kind of variable is hidden under carbon, metal etc. is it specific weight of a material?

I know this is a really old thread, but I'm a grasshopper newbie looking to find the center of mass of a funny shaped room with different objects inside. I have a known weight for the objects and room (floor, walls, ceiling etc) and can model everything as solids.

Is there a way to assign weights to different objects and calculate the center of mass for the group of objects?
