"Align Frames" (Planes) with Rhino.Common

In a VB Script it's easy enough to to create a Plane at the "t" parameter of a curve by grabbing the Tangent property at that location; however, as you "slide" the plane across the curve the axis directions are constantly flipping.  The "Align Frames" boolean in the Curve Frames component fixes this problem but how would one do the same operation in a script component?  Many thanks to anyone who can answer this one!
