And before I draw the lines I put the points from each csv file  on a separate branch so I could draw polylines separately.

hi Dhruv Seth,

After reading the csv and extracting from it the latitude and longitude, I feed them into GeotoXYZ gHowl component. This maps decimal degrees to xyz coordinates by picking reference points.  

After that I draw whole polyline through the points. Than I shutter it to two segments and animate with a slider, but with only first segment of polyline visible.

thanks :)  But I regret that it's not possible to set line style like width and opacity. It would be nice to have this possibility in the future in GH.
