Equality bug?

Hi,

First of all someone else created this file and I'm just trying to figure out how it works. Originally there are a lot more points created in the beginning with Populate3d, but I decreased to understand how it works. In the group titled "Find closed cells+statistics" the equality elements connected to the OR gates seem to not be working properly. As shown in the screenshot, firstly, X component tested for = 31 (0,0,0,0,2) (1) and X component tested for = -1 (0,0,0,0,0) (2). The result they show is false, but the panel connected to Deconstruct shows that the values are 31 and -1. Can anyone help?
