Hi Kuo-ming,

it seems that something corrupted the file "C:\users\jobs\AppData\Local\Robert_...\user.config" that you can read at the beginning of the error message.

It should be sufficient to delete it, but please first make a backup copy of it in your desktop, just in case you might want to put it back there later.
